The conference exhibition with stands and posters allowed institutions, projects and companies to present their activities and products to the audience of young researchers and policy makers.

- Euroscience Open Forum 2010: Information on Europe’s largest interdisciplinary conference which will take place in Torino, Italy, on July 2-7, 2010
- brainpower austria: Services for researchers and experts who are interested in a career in R&D in Austria
- Kisswin.de: Communication and Information Platform for Young Researchers
- Rector’s Conference of the Swiss Universities on Sciex-NMSch, a programme supporting training of researchers from new member states of the EU.
- University of Vienna, Center for Doctoral Studies:
The new doctoral program of the University of Vienna
- Society of Experimental Biology:
programme of career management activities to help doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers in their career development
- French Embassy in Austria, University and Scientific Cooperation: Information on universities and research in France.
- Scientific Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Vienna Presentation of publications and the activities of the centre.
- Qatar National Research Fund Established in 2006, the QNRF aims to advance knowledge and education by providing support to researchers.
- Young researcher’s networks: Eurodoc’s member organisations will inform about their the situation of young researchers in their home countries and national activities.
